This section is very old but was updated in 2021. Grossly outdated pages have been deleted. The Help page remains, but broken links have been removed.
Website builders nowadays are generally advised to use HTML5, not XHTML, so this section was removed from the site on January 28, 2021.
Five old pages were restored in January, 2022, as they provided a window into the history of this website. Much of the material details my own inner arguments for using (or not using) XHTML. All links have been updated and broken ones removed.
