Fluffy Frosting

Mom’s favorite decorator icing.

• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons flour

Cook until consistency of paste—then cool.

• 3/4 cup shortening *
• 3/4 cup sugar

Cream together, then add cooked mixture. Beat well. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

* Butter can be used for a richer tasting frosting.
