This picture of Charlie, Wendi and Joe Petitt was taken on August 8, 1999 at Charlie’s parents’ home in Janesville, Wisconsin. It was first published on a family page on AOL (America OnLine) in May of 2000. It later appeared on the Family Profile page of Ummamum’s Hideout (which was later renamed Ummamum’s Kingdom). That page was finally moved to The Oo Kingdom and was renamed About Our Family. This picture remained on the page until December 12, 2001, when it was replaced by three smaller, individual pictures.
