Wendi tried to paint me up as an Ummamum. I’m a bit squeamish about eyes, so she couldn’t do a very good job with the black. The Ummamum is supposed to be cheerful and funny, but this one was actually scary! Here I am in the bedroom, holding Shadow.
We had 36 trick-or-treaters this year, several of them teenagers and adults. One parent saw the sign I put on the front door and told her child, “Ooooh, he looks scary. He’s the Ummamum!”
